Customers will receive a full refund with 4 days’ notice of cancellation, any cancellations after the 4 days will result in loss of deposit. Customers will receive a full refund in case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances the day of rental. If cancelled on the day of said rental, the renter is responsible for the entire balance. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
